Very disappointing experience at Cedar Hill Farms.I decided to take my kids out for a fun day, but it ended quickly. We got there, took the hayride, and spent about 10–15 minutes at the playground before the kids got hungry. So we went to the food shack and placed our order at 1:26 p.m. We sat down to wait, and after some time passed, I went to the counter to check on our order four different times. One of the young ladies told me they would bring the food out to us, but that never happened. By 2:00 p.m., still no food. What made it worse is that I watched other families who ordered after me, some with larger parties of 5–6 people, receive their food, eat, and leave while my kids and I were still waiting. At that point, I asked for a refund. The man at the front was apologetic but said he didn’t know what was going on. He refunded my money, and I asked to speak with the manager—turns out, it was the same person. He said it was a “printing error” and a “mistake,” but no one ever checked or followed up with me during that entire wait. I wasted money, time, and gas driving out there, and my kids didn’t even get to enjoy anything because of the poor service. I will not be back. I’ll drive until I’m tired before I let anyone play with me or my kids’ time like that again.
